Jenna L,RVTgPractice Manager
Jenna is our practice manager and lead technician on staff. She has over 7 years of emergency and critical care experience. Her hobbies include showing quarter horses and learning to rope cows. She also obsessed with reading books and enjoys spending time outdoors. Jenna also is very active in church and wants to tell others about the love of Jesus.

Skylar G.Veterinary Assistant
Skylar is currently working toward her B.S in Veterinary Technology, scheduled to graduate in 2023. She loves spending time with her pup Lucifer and cats Meredith and Zola. In her free time she likes to make jewelry and binge watch horror/crime movies. Her goal once she finishes her program is to get her license and continue growing as veterinary technician.

Emily H.Receptionist
Emily has been in veterinary medicine since 2017. She is one of our talented receptionists. Emily enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her son. She has two dogs named Sassy and Milton.

Dr.James K. Hilliard, Jr.
Dr. Hilliard is the owner of Houston Veterinary Clinic and has been practicing veterinary medicine for 39 years. A graduate of the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine, he is pleased to provide high quality small animal care in the only AAHA certified animal hospital in Houston County.
Dr. Hilliard grew up on a dairy farm in Mitchell County and was surrounded by animals of all types during his youth. He is an avid fan of the University of Georgia Bulldogs, and boasts having visited every stadium in the SEC. He is married to his wife Barbara and is the father of three adult children and grandfather to two young grandsons. -
Dr.Knox Hilliard
Knox has worked at Houston Veterinary Clinic throughout the summers during high school (Warner Robins High School class of 2006) and college and started as a full time associate veterinarian in June 2015. He graduated with a B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Georgia in 2010 and from the UGA College of Veterinary Medicine with a D.V.M. in 2014. He completed a one year rotating medicine and surgery internship after graduating in 2014 in Nashville, Tennessee prior to returning back home to the family practice. He is married to his wife, Dana, and he has three children.

Tammy C.Licensed Technician
Tammy has worked at HVC for over 20 years. She is married to Scott and has a daughter named Delaney. They also share their home with two golden retrievers, Willow and Ryder and cats Ms. Grumpy and Daisy. Tammy enjoys seeing pets go home healthy and happy. In her off time, she greatly enjoys scrapbooking, reading, working out and shopping.

Keeleigh J.Veterinary Assistant
Keeleigh started her employment with HVC in March of 2021. She is currently attending FVSU working towards her veterinary technician degree. Keeleigh has always had a love for animals. She has a dog named Blu and a cat named Flash. Keeleigh has also always had a love for softball.

Angel MurrayVeterinary Assistant
Angel has been with our clinic since 2020. She is a recent high school graduate and is planning to go to college for veterinary technology in the near future. She has two dogs named Benji and Saint, one cat named Ululo and a turtle named Thunder Chicken.
